What is the conference language?

Our official conference language is English. The keynote, all sessions and other content will be held in English. The registration desk staff will also speak English.

27 May 2025 – 08:00 Opening of the expo for attendees
27 May 2025 – 09:00 ECS 2025 Opening Ceremony

28 May 2025 – 17:00 ECS 2025 Closing Ceremony

Does my ticket include free drinks and food?

Each ticket includes access to the conference catering. Food and drink stations will be positioned at several spots in the expo area during our coffee and lunch breaks. Snacks and drinks will also be offered at our Party-Time on Tuesday evening.

If you have dietary preferences, we will have dietary sections clearly marked during our breaks, so they will be easy for you to find. If there are still problems or open questions, please talk to our staff at the info desk.
